Entering event venues and dates in Contactulator

You can select events by clicking on the list at the top of the event entry screen. The events are sorted in reverse chronological order.

When you select an event, the details of the selected event will be shown to the right. Any modifications you make will be made permanently.

Adding Events

To add an event, press the insert key in the list of events. When you do this, whichever event you currently have selected will have its pricing duplicated to save you time entering the details.

Setting the specifics for the event

Each event can have up to 4 different categories of booking, and you can set a price for each.

When entering the price, do not worry about adding the currency symbols. Just type in the number, and they will be automatically formatted when you next visit the event.
