Selecting Records with Contactulator

In most cases you don't want to send something to everyone in your database. Instead, you want to carefully select which contacts to spend time and money on.

Contactulator makes it easy to do this. The best way is as follows:

• Select what type of marking you want to do with the pull down box.
• Do a search to find all records in your database.
• Press the Clear All button to unmark all records.
• Perform seaches using whatever criteria you feel necessary.
• Press the Mark All button to mark all of the visible records.

After you have performed the search, do a search using the Quick Find... button on the contacts page, and check the selected box, then press OK.

All selected records will then be displayed.
